I had to wait a bit longer than I expected for the return to be processed, but the refund did show up in the end. Everything turned out fine, it just was not super quick.

It works okay overall, so I’m not saying the whole thing is bad. It’s just that the adapter didn’t match mine, which was frustrating because I expected the accessories to fit properly. Maybe it works for other setups, but for mine it wasn’t quite right.

I reached out to support and didn’t hear back until a few days later, which was frustrating. They still didn’t end up fixing my issue, but to be fair, the response itself was polite

I picked up the Zero Breeze because I wanted something I could actually take places. Not huge. Not a pain to move around. It fits in my car without eating up all the space, and I can carry it myself without struggling.
It does have a little weight to it, but that makes it feel sturdy. Solid, not flimsy. For camping and quick trips, it’s been really easy to pack, load up, and bring along. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I really wanted this to work better, but the battery just doesn’t hold up very long when you’re away from an outlet. If you’re counting on it off-grid, it can leave you in a tough spot, for something people may rely on, it feels like the battery life should be more reasonable.

I usually don’t put much faith in the polished marketing numbers companies throw around, but these were actually close in my setup. It cooled about like they claimed, maybe a little slower at the beginning, but it didn’t feel like made-up brochure talk. So far, I’m happy with it

It does what it’s supposed to do, but the condensation builds up way faster than I expected. The drain setup is kind of awkward, so I kept having to check on it more than I’d like. I was kind of surprised by how quiet this is... especially compared to my old portable AC. Even at night, it runs in the background and, yeah, it really doesn’t bother me at all.

I picked up a Zero Breeze unit and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. But right away, it felt solid in my hands. Nothing rattled or seemed loose when I moved it around.

The case feels sturdy, the buttons have a nice feel to them, and the vents don’t come across as flimsy or cheap. I’ve had some portable gear before that felt a little questionable, so this was a nice surprise.
